Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a backlight module keeping a uniform screen brightness. SOLUTION: The lens 21 has a light-transmitting surface 211 at the bottom. Cross-section of the light-transmitting surface 211 is concave. A light-reflecting surface 212 adjacent to the light-transmitting surface 211 contains a front reflective layer 215 and a back reflective layer 216. Cross-section of the light-reflecting surface 212 is concave. A side surface 213 is translucent or transparent, which connects the light-reflecting surface 212 and the light-transmitting surface 211 with its position inclined. A diffusion surface 214 with a convex profile is formed on a medial axis of the light-reflecting surface.
