Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve en efficiency of image adjusting work by enabling a user to easily adjust an image while visually checking the screen. SOLUTION: An adjusting mechanism 60 is arranged between a bottom cabinet 31 (frame 30) and a projector unit 10, and supports the projector unit 10 with respect to the frame 30 so that rocking of the unit is adjustable around a vertical axis O1, and also around a horizontal axial center O2 extended in the right and left directions of the projection TV apparatus 100. The adjusting mechanism 60 has an operating member 62 which, when operated, rocks the projector unit 10 around the vertical axial center O1 and rocks the unit around the horizontal axial center O2 with respect to the frame 30, and an operation part 62A for operating the operating member 62 is located on the front face part 3102 of the frame 30 under the screen 50.
