Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head position adjustment structure capable of realizing recording of a high quality image by a method where a positional deviation of an ink in the ejection direction ejected from a nozzle of a recording head is prevented when the adjustment of the position of the recording head is carried out, and the recording head is fixed on the position in the preliminary fixing, and to provide an inkjet recorder and a method of adjusting the position of the recording head therefor. SOLUTION: The position for fixing the recording head 10 having the plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink arranged along a longitudinal direction to a module base 6 is adjusted. The recording head position adjustment structure comprises a tip reference pin 12 as a tapered restriction member of an ejection directional position restriction mechanism for restricting the movement of the recording head 10 in the ejection direction of the ink from the nozzles.
