Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure capable of sufficiently reducing influence of a reactive material to an organic EL element in use as a structural material for an organic EL display, a color filter, and the organic EL display capable of improving reliability of the organic EL element. SOLUTION: In this color filter having a translucent support and a color conversion layer arranged in a predetermined position on the support, the color conversion layer contains an organic compound, and a first layer formed of a compound having a melting point of 1800°K or more and a second layer formed of a glass thin film are arranged in this order on the face on the opposite side to the support for the color conversion layer.
