Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an experience score management system and method and a program for retrieving a Web page which a user has read under the consideration of the strength of experience, and for getting to target information in the Web page in a short period of time, and for acquiring the various operation history information of an information processor by communicating with only an OS operating on the information processor without depending on the type of an external device, and for calculating experience scores showing the strength of experience from the operation history information and calculating the highly accurate experience scores as a result. SOLUTION: The experience score management system is provided with: an operation history acquiring part for acquiring operation history information from an information processor; an operation history database for storing the acquired operation history information; an experience score calculating part for calculating experience scores shown by the strength of the experience of the operation of a user based on the operation history information stored in the operation history database; and an experience score managing part for returning the experience scores calculated in response to a request transmitted from the outside.
