Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a program for identifying an interruption range in facilities for the supply of a material or communication, equipped with a passage network or a communication network, in a practical time. SOLUTION: This method for identifying the interruption range in the facilities for the supply of the material or the communication comprises: a step of displaying the passage network or the communication network on a screen; a step of recording a specified starting point by associating it with the passage network or the communication network; a step of identifying an interrupter on the passage network or the communication network, which requires an operation for putting the starting point into an interrupted state; a step of identifying a closing range on the passage network or the communication network, including the starting point formed by closing the identified interrupter, as a first interruption range; a step of recording absolutely supplyable facilities specified as facilities where the supply of the material or a signal from the most upstream point of the passage network or the communication network from the most upstream point of the passage network or the communication network is ensured; and a step of identifying the passage network or the communication network, which is not connected to the absolutely supplyable facilities, as a second interruption range by making a search for the passage network or the communication network outside the first interruption range.
