Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit displacement of a movable valve element relative to a fixed valve element. SOLUTION: This valve device comprises: a valve main body 59 having a port 52b and a port 52a on a passage 14; the fixed valve element 55 fixed to the valve main body 59 and having a throttle hole 53a of a large diameter connected with the port 52a; and the movable valve element 57 mounted on the valve main body 59 in a state of being kept into contact with and separated from the fixed valve element 55, and having a throttle hole 53b of a small diameter connected with the port 52b in the state where the throttle hole 53b is opposite to the throttle hole 53a. Hydraulic fluid flowing in the throttle hole 53a in the state where the both valve elements are kept into contact with each other, flows to the port 52b only through the throttle hole 53b, while hydraulic fluid flowing in the throttle hole 53a through a clearance 60b and a fluid passage, flows to the port 52b in the state where the both valve elements are separated from each other. A guide portion 72 is provided which guides the movable valve element 57 to the fixed valve element 55 so that axial positions of both throttle holes 53a, 53b are aligned with each other.
