Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a dispersion of a clock frequency in a CR oscillator. SOLUTION: Each of inverters 11, 12, 13 is provided with such a property that an on-state resistance (an on-state resistance of a transistor constituting each inverter) is fluctuated by the variation of a supply voltage. At the same time, a capacitive element 14 is provided with such a property that a self capacitive value is fluctuated by the variation of the supply voltage. When on-state resistances of the inverters 11, 12, 13 increase in accordance with the variation of the supply voltage, the capacitive value of the capacitive element 14 decreases.
