Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for creating a finite element model ensuring a high-accuracy computer analysis of a construction of composite structure with reinforcement in a base in consideration of effects of mass characteristics on the structure. SOLUTION: The method for creating a model for a simulation analysis of a construction of composite structure with structural members in a base includes a step of creating a finite element model modeling the base of the structure with a continuum element whose volume is defined as an actual shape and modeling the structural members with a structural element whose volume is defined by a thickness or a sectional area of the element set on a virtual shape, and a step of setting mass density given to at least either element of the elements where the continuum element is modeled adjacently to the structural element smaller than the mass density of the actual structure.
