PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the sale of a package for specific equipment by storing content related with peculiar information for the specific equipment in accumulation media for sale or distribution. SOLUTION: A control section 301 stores peculiar information that is received and inputted from a peculiar information issuing/managing server 101 by a transmission/reception section 307 in a peculiar information storage section 303. A cipher processing unit 315 ciphers a full content body inputted from a content package section 313 by using a title key for full content inputted from a key generation section 314 and generates the entire content, and ciphers the title key for full content based on peculiar information stored in a peculiar information storage section 303, and the entire ciphered content and the title key for the ciphered full content are accumulated in a memory card 104 by a memory card I/F section 306.
