Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sensing high pressure at the time of cooling and heating using a single pressure sensor and secure both the heat resistance of the pressure sensor and the cooling performance and heating performance compatibly. SOLUTION: A supercritical refrigerating cycle which is equipped with a four-way valve 4 to change over between the heating mode and the cooling mode and in which the high pressure becomes equal to or above the critical pressure of the refrigerant, is furnished with a water refrigerant heat-exchanger 3 to serve at all times as a refrigerant radiator on the high pressure side where the discharged refrigerant of a compressor 1 flows in between the discharge side of the compressor 1 and the four-way valve 4, wherein that part of the water refrigerant heat-exchanger 3 which becomes at a lower temperature than the temperature of the discharged refrigerant from the compressor is fitted with the pressure sensor 21 to sense the high pressure.
