Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carcinomatous pain management system capable of quickly coping with the pain of a patient and improving the pain relieving efficiency. SOLUTION: The carcinomatous pain management system 10 comprises a target pain relieving value input part 12 for inputting a target pain relieving value which indicates a target of relieving the carcinomatous pain, a medical record database 18 for storing a ladder which indicates the stage of strength of narcoticism of a medicament administered to the patient, a patient condition input part 14 for inputting the condition of the patient including the subjective symptoms, a medicament management part 24 for determining whether the target pain relieving value inputted in the pain relieving target value input part 12 is achieved or not based on the subjective symptoms of the patient inputted in the patient condition input part 14, and selecting a medicament to be administered to the patient from a ladder with a one-stage stronger narcoticism than the ladder stored in the medical report database 18, and an output part 26 for outputting the information on the medicament selected by the medicament management part 24.
