PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating bush bearing structure capable of reducing vibration noise and improving wear resistance in a well-balanced manner and to provide a turbocharger equipped with the bearing structure. SOLUTION: This bearing device for supporting a rotary shaft by a pair of bearings is provided with a floating bush bearing provided between the rotary shaft and a housing of the bearing device to support the rotary shaft through an oil film formed on an inner peripheral side and an outer peripheral side having a substantially cylindrical shape and a rotary setting part for setting by switching a supporting system of the rotary shaft of the floating bush bearing to either of a full floating system in which the floating bush bearing rotates in accordance with rotation of the rotary shaft and a semi-floating system in which the floating bush bearing does not rotate in a predetermined operation condition.
