Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver ion generator capable of being easily installed by post installation to the circulation piping for reheating of an already provided bath hot water supplier, and singly realizing the control of dissolving silver ions only in poured hot water and inhibiting dissolution in bathtub water at the time of reheating circulation separately from the controller of the bath hot water supplier. SOLUTION: Between an entrance 51 and an exit 52, an electrolytic cell 53 for dissolving the silver ions and a stream switch 54 are interposed. For the stream switch, a flapper 542 is swung upwards to output ON signals by flowing water from the entrance to the exit, and it is swung downwards to be OFF by flowing water stoppage and the flowing water from the exit to the entrance. Whether it is hot water pouring or reheating circulation is discriminated in a hot water pouring detection part 551 on the basis of ON signal output, and the electrolytic cell is energized from an energizing control part 552 only at the time of detecting hot water pouring generation. When the hot water pouring is temporarily stopped, an integration timer 553 is temporarily stopped as well and energizing is performed only for set time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
