SOLUTION: A method for producing the albumen-containing retort cooked food comprises including a crushed heated solidified processed albumen product which is obtained by subjecting albumen mixed liquid containing starch and/or edible oil and fat to heating solidifying and crushing treatment, and being subjected to stirring treatment in an open condition in an aqueous medium at ≥70°C.
