Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost separator for a fuel cell with excellent moldability. SOLUTION: The separator 10 for a fuel cell is manufactured by forming a first divided part 60 containing an upper face of a separator for a fuel cell and a second divided part 70 containing a lower face of the separator for a fuel cell from a pulverized molding material mixing graphite and resin, and jointing the first and the second divided parts 60, 70. The first divided part 60 comprises a pre-form preliminarily molded by pressurization and compression so as to have a concave part to eventually constitute a flow channel groove on the lower face. The first divided part 60 is turned upside down, the upper face of the first divided part 60 is overlapped on an upper face of the second divided part 70 to put under a proper molding process through pressurization and compression and joint the first and the second divided parts 60, 70, where, a joint interface 19 is intercalated between the upper face and the lower face of the separator 10.
