SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus 10 has the frame member 22 and the prisms 31, 32. The frame member 22 has X-axis direction positioning sections 110, 111, 150, 151 to which the prisms 31, 32 are placed from the insertion direction of the prisms 31, 32, Y-axis direction datum levels 130, 160 to which the prisms 31, 32 are placed from a Y-axis direction, and Z-axis direction datum levels 131, 161 to which the prisms 31, 32 are placed from a Z-axis direction. The frame member 22 has locking projections 135, 146, 165, 176 for preventing the drop-out of the prisms 31, 32, Y-axis direction elastic sections 140, 170 for energizing the prisms 31, 32 in the Y-axis direction, and Z-axis direction elastic sections 141, 171 for energizing the prisms 31, 32 in the Z-axis direction.
