Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more highly safe liquid bleaching agent composition while suppressing lowering of foaming properties with time even in a system containing a bleaching activating agent. SOLUTION: The liquid bleaching agent composition comprises (a) 0.1-30 mass% of hydrogen peroxide, (b) 0.1-4 mass% of a 6-14C alkanoyloxybenzene sulfonic acid or a 6-14C alkanoyloxybenzene carboxylic acid or a salt thereof, (c) 2-30 mass% of a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 11-14 (provided that component (d) is excluded), (d) 0.5-10 mass% of an alkyl glycoside of formula (1): R1a-(OR1b)xGyand (e) 0.5-5 mass% of a water-soluble organic solvent of formula (2): R2a-(OR2b)n-OH, where the (c)/(d) mass ratio is 1/2 to 10/1. A liquid detergent article is obtained by filling a container equipped with a foam-forming mechanism with the composition. In the formulae, R1ais an 8-16C monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group; R1bis a 2-4C alkylene group; G is a reducing sugar residue; x is 0-6; y is 1-10; R2ais a phenyl group; R2bis a 2-3C alkylene group; and n is 2-3.
