Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hematopoietic stem cell strain capable of differentiating to lymphocyte. SOLUTION: The hematopoietic stem cell strain, B-2 cell strain with a self-replication potency and capable of differentiating to lymphocyte ES (from embryonic stem) cells of mouse is isolated. The cell is proliferative in the presence of bFGF, and differentiating to each of erythrocyte, macrophage and lymphocyte cell by culturing under a differentiation inducing condition.
