PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform improvement of reliability and reduction of a time of correction work of design parameters related to each other. SOLUTION: This component design device has: a design process generation means; a relevance production means producing relevance information showing relation between the mutual design parameters defined from a generated design process in each component; a design process detection means detecting the design process for the component that is a design target; a component shape generation means; a component shape correction means correcting the design parameter; a corrected parameter detection means detecting the corrected design parameter; and a relevance detection means extracting the relevance information. The design process detection means detects the design process directly corresponding to the extracted relevance information A, and the design process corresponding to the relevance information B when the other relevance information B further related with the design parameter included in the relevance information A is present. The component shape generation means changes the design parameter specifying component shape and generates the shape of the component, on the basis of a plurality of design processes corresponding to the relevance information A and B.
