PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal capable of suppressing a failure of an output image caused by generation delay of an image signal of an image signal forming means when an image is outputted and displayed in an external output device. SOLUTION: When the image signal is generated based on an image data which is stored in a storing means, a loading degree on the image signal generating means (loading level) is compared with an image signal generating capability (image signal generating level). If the image signal generating capability of the image signal generating means is not less than the loading degree on the image signal generating means when generating the image signal for outputting, the image signal generated in the image signal generating means is transmitted to the external output device. On the other hand, if the image signal generating capability of the image signal generating means is less than the loading degree on the image signal generating means when generating the image signal for outputting, the image signal generated in the image signal generating means is not transmitted to the external output device.
