Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emollient for simply and effectively mitigating the whole of physical and mental symptoms related to menstruation regardless of being before or after the start of menstruation. SOLUTION: The whole symptoms related to menstruation including physical symptoms such as an underbelly pain, waist pain, headache, and stiffened breasts, and mental symptoms such as feeling of being irritated are effectively mitigated, and the period in which a menstrual pain is felt is shortened, by taking the composition containing a ginger extract known as a Chinese crude drag in addition to an evening primrose oil and soybean isoflavones being used in the West.
