Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver for receiving digital broadcasts, and an electronic apparatus which uses an AV circuit board commonly to a digital circuit board capable of receiving charged broadcasts and a digital circuit board incapable of receiving charged broadcasts, this eliminating the need of manufacturing various kinds of AV circuit boards and reducing the cost. SOLUTION: Exchangeability is given in the circuitry of the AV circuit board 10 to a plurality of digital circuit boards 20, 30 to make commonly available, and a vertical tuner 26 mounted on the underside-disposed digital circuit board 20 incapable of receiving charged broadcasts has an upward projection taking a notched shape by providing a split board 14 at one corner of the AV circuit board 10 contacting the projective part of the vertical tuner 26. This allows the AV circuit board 10 and the digital circuit board 20 incapable of receiving charged broadcasts to take a two-layer layout, thus making the AV circuit board 10 commonly available.
