PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type paper money dispenser for reducing the reject rate of reject paper money, and for conveying the reject paper money without its overlap conveyance with normal paper money by a paper money conveyance path 26. SOLUTION: In money payment processing, supply processing and closing collection processing, reject paper money recognized by a paper money conveyance path 26 is delivered to any of supplied/collected paper money storing part 19, third denomination paper money stacker 23 and an operation port section 17 for a customer wherein the reject paper money can be delivered without being overlap-conveyed with normal paper money by the paper money conveyance path 26 in response to each processing. After each processing finishes, the reject paper money is delivered from any of the supplied/collected paper money storing part 19, the third denomination paper money stacker and the operation port section for a customer to the paper money conveyance path 26 for re-recognition. As the result of re-recognition, the normal paper money is delivered to the supplied/collected paper money storing part 19 and the first and second denomination paper money stackers 21 and 22 corresponding to each processing, and the paper money recognized as the reject paper money again is collected in a reject paper money storing part 20.
