Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cavitation around a center of an inter-tooth space in a rotor structure for an internal gear pump. SOLUTION: The pump 100 is provided with a housing composed of a body 10 and a cover 20 forming a rotor chamber 15 as a cylindrical space, a driven rotor 40 having internal teeth 41 rotatably disposed in the rotor chamber 15, a drive rotor 50, rotatably disposed in the driven rotor 40, having external teeth 51 engaged with the internal teeth 41, and forming a plurality of inter-tooth spaces R to expand/contract between the external teeth 51 engaged with the driven rotor 40 for sucking and discharging fluid, and a suction port 12 and a discharge port 13 communicated with the rotor chamber 15. In a side surface of the drive rotor 50, grooves 55 diametrically extended in teeth bottom parts 51B between the external teeth 51 are formed to be communicated with the suction port 12, and communicated with the inter-tooth spaces R.
