Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a matter that liquidproofness deteriorates because an organic resin film is formed on the surface of a head element by a separate process and a seam defect appears in the organic resin film. SOLUTION: In an actuator substrate 1 comprising a vibrating plate 12, and individual electrodes 14 opposing the vibrating plate 12 through a gap 13, a port 18 for supplying liquid from the back side of a head to an internal common liquid chamber 10 is formed. Furthermore, a seamless organic resin film 34 is formed integrally by vacuum chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on the entire surface including the surface of the vibrating plate 12 in the actuator substrate 1 and the surface of wall of the liquid supply port 18.
