Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of adhesion between the scalp and hair in a conventional holder to improve the impairment of reliability in the measurement caused by the inhibition of transmission of biological information signals because the hair removed from the position of a probe attaching hole is naturally moved to the probe attaching hole again by the combing before the measurement to become an obstacle in the light path. SOLUTION: An elastic body 11 is fixed to the surface of a holder body 2A on the scalp/hair side, and the degree of adhesion between the holder 1A and the scalp or hair is improved by the elasticity of the elastic body 11 and the adhesion power of the hair is increased. Accordingly, the hair removed from the position of the probe attaching hole 3 by combing before the measurement is prevented from naturally returning to the position of the probe attaching hole 3 before the measurement, so that the impairment of the measuring sensitivity of biological information signals is improved.
