PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a printing plate with a simple configuration and to prevent misalignment of a plate on producing a printing plate or printing in a platemaking system of producing a set of printing plates for multicolor print from a single sheet of a source plate. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: a platemaking positioning hole forming means to form a positioning hole for platemaking in a source plate, the hole to be used for positioning on platemaking; a drawing means to draw image data as print images corresponding to the respective colors in a plurality of regions on the source plate assigned to the respective colors used for printing on the basis of the platemaking positioning hole; a print positioning hole forming means to form a print positioning hole to be used for positioning on printing and laid on the basis of the platemaking positioning hole, in each of a plurality of regions; and a cutting means to cut and segment the source plate into a plurality of regions to obtain printing plates on the basis of the platemaking positioning hole.
