Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain extracted powder of Hericium erinaceum in which all the active ingredients of Hericium erinaceum are taken in the body and efficiently absorbed in the body. SOLUTION: The extracted powder of Hericium erinaceum is produced by drying Hericium erinaceum by hot air, grinding the dried material to give powder of Hericium erinaceum, extracting essence from the powder of Hericium erinaceum by alcohol extraction and hot water extraction, mixing the extracted essence with the powder residue of the hot water extraction, freeze-drying and grinding the mixture.
