Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily dispersible precipitated silicic acid, its manufacturing method, and its usage in a rubber mixture. SOLUTION: The precipitated silicic acid has the following physicochemical parameters: 120-300 m2/g BET surface area, 100-300 m2/g CTAB surface area, 0.8-1.3 BET/CTAB ratio, 6-25 mL Sears index (consumption of 0.1NNaOH), 150-300 g/100 g DBP index, <3.4 wk coefficient, <1.0 μm grain size of broken particles, and 1.0-100 μm grain size of unbroken particles.
