Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device which minimizes a partial loss in the cross section of a framework member (receiving and supporting member) as well as surface exposure of a joining device, is composed of a simple joint part and is capable of maintaining a state to retain a joint strength. SOLUTION: The joining device a is attached to a side of the receiving-and-supporting member 1 with a screw, etc. so as to draw a member to be received and supported using an elasticity of a steel sheet. Since the joining device is fitted in the member to be received and supported, the surface exposure is avoided to the minimum. Because the joining device can be mounted on the supporting member with a screw or the like, a partial loss in the cross section of the supporting member occurs only at the several places around the screw holes. Thus, the joining device can be mounted in anywhere without selecting any mounting place. In the joining device, since an inclined lateral bar 3 has both drawing and supporting functions, the functional capabilities are divided, so that the force applied respectively is also shared, and thereby the joining device can be minimized in size, which posed no problem in a delivery to the site with the joining device attached.
