Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device provided with a compact paper chips storage container capable of preventing fall of the paper chips from a container for housing paper chips, and to provide a loading tray to be used for the image forming device. SOLUTION: A laser printer 1 is provided, as a paper feeding means of the image forming device, with the loading tray 8 loaded with the paper sheets 3, paper feeding rollers 10 for feeding paper sheets 3 from the loading tray 8 to an image forming unit 5, a paper chips eliminating roller 13 for eliminating the paper chips adhered to the paper feeding rollers 10 and the paper sheets 3, a sponge 13a for scraping the paper chips adhered to the paper chips eliminating roller 13, and the paper chips storage container 9 for storing the scraped paper chips. In this laser printer 1, the paper chips falling into an opening part of the paper chips storage container 9 is guided inside the paper chips storage container 9 by an angular guide plate, which is formed the highest in a central part thereof and the lowest in ends thereof, for storage.
