Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted antenna in which a tiltable antenna portion 40 can oscillate freely for a base member 44, the number of components is decreased, and electric connection is stabilized. SOLUTION: A conductive and elastic substantially U-shaped base plate 42 is arranged on a base member 44 while directing the opening upward, a conductive swing plate 34 is arranged at the base end of the tiltable antenna portion 40 while being connected electrically with the base end of an antenna element 30, and in a state where the swing plate 34 is inserted into the substantially U-shaped base plate 42, opposite inner surfaces of the substantially U-shaped base plate 42 are brought into elastically contact with the opposite side faces of the swing plate 34 by elasticity of the base plate 42. A shaft 48 penetrates the base plate 42 and the swing plate 34 which oscillates freely for the base plate 42. A hole 42b as a recess and a protrusion 34b being fitted each other are provided in the surfaces where the base plate 42 and the swing plate 34 elastically contact for constituting a click mechanism.
