Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize compactness and low power consumption of a device, with regard to a light source for an optical amplifier and optical measurement, and optical fiber Raman laser which is useful as an optical amplifier. SOLUTION: The optical fiber Raman laser is formed by connecting a plurality of optical resonators which oscillate lights of different wavelengths between a pump light source 13 and a light output end 12 in a column. The optical resonator consists of an optical fiber 11 for stimulated Raman scattering and a set of optical fiber Bragg gratings 14, 15, 16, 17 which are provided at both ends of the optical fiber 11 and reflect light in the Stokes light wavelength region with respect to the wavelength of the excitation light of optical fiber.
