PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sound quality of an audio signal after processing. SOLUTION: A silent output coded information replacement part 10 replaces a 1st piece of audio coded information among a plurality of pieces of audio coded information which constitute one series with another piece of audio coded information. Moreover, a level determination part 5 detects pieces of audio coded information whose levels are equal to or lower than a prescribed level from among the plurality of pieces of audio coded information. Furthermore, the silent output coded information replacement part 10 replaces the detected pieces of audio coded information among the plurality of pieces of audio coded information other than the 1st piece of audio coded information with pieces of coded information having a prescribed pattern. A fade-out processing part applies a fade-out processing to the pieces of coded information having the prescribed pattern when the pieces of coded information having the prescribed pattern are located immediately after the other piece of audio coded information.
