Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric water boiler which achieves a higher working efficiency by substantially reducing the time and labors required for the assembly work of the inner container and moreover, improve the heat reservation effect without causing a metallic cracking about the mouth portion where the inner and outer walls of the inner container are drawn properly. SOLUTION: The inner and outer walls of the inner container 3 are smoothly drawn toward the mouth portion to be joined together around it so that the outer diameter of a flange part extended outward from the upper end of the mouth portion is smaller than that of the outer wall. While, the inner and outer walls are placed on a circular receptacle part of a shoulder member 5 and a cover plate 23 of a lid body 6 on the circular receptacle part, a lower lid 22 and a heat insulating material 25 between the upper and lower lids are so arranged as to be driven ahead a great deal into the inner container 3.
