SOLUTION: This sports wear has a main constituent part made of a stretchable material, is worn in a condition of almost adhering to the surface of the skin of a wearer, and includes a strongly tightening material and a weakly tightening material. The strongly tightening material is arranged in a position including an area applying to a range from the head of the wearer to the neck, back, waist, hip, femoral region and crural region.
