Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing stability without a large change of the temperature-sensitive point of the temperature-sensitive gel and can inhibit the secondary coagulation in the temperature-sensitive gel dispersion that is useful as a base material for a paint thickener, metal plating, a lubricant agent for cosmetics, a migration inhibitor, a fiber modification agent and a water-proofing agent for a submarine cable. SOLUTION: An alkyl (meth)acrylamide, a monomer with two or more functional groups, and an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer are polymerized in a solvent and the resultant temperature-sensitive gel fine particle dispersion is combined with an oxazoline compound to crosslink the surface of the temperature-sensitive gel fine particles.
