Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic resin substance suitable for use in a pressure sensitive adhesive which has resistance to stress concentration caused by expansion and contraction of an optical film or the like, can inhibit formation of a void and color shading of an optical laminate, and can further inhibit formation of a dry spot and separation between the optical film and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer in the optical laminate, and foaming within the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The acrylic resin composition comprises an acrylic resin (1) comprising structural units of a (meth)acrylate (a), a monomer (b) having one olefinic double bond in the molecule and at least one 5- or more-membered heterocylic group in the molecule, and a monomer (c) having at least two olefinic double bonds in the molecule in an amount of 0.05-5 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. acrylic resin (1) and a straight chain acrylic resin (2) having a structural unit of the (meth)acrylate (a) as the main component.
