Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording body of which the water permeability is small and of which the printing part is not deteriorated even when the body is immersed in water. SOLUTION: The thermal recording body has a thermal recording layer provided on a substrate and containing as main components a colorless or light-colored basic colorless dye and a developer developing color in reaction with the basic colorless dye.
