Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchorage device for a PC tendon, which can constitute an anchorage part subject to the uniform action of a tension load, by arranging the PC tendon in a proper position in a through-hole for the PC tendon. SOLUTION: This anchorage device for the PC tendon comprises a plate part 10 which is arranged on the backside of a form 40 and which has the through-hole 11 for the PC tendon, and a guide part 30 which is integrated with the plate part 10 in the state of being away in the longitudinal direction of the PC tendon 50 from the plate part 10.
