Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate temperature rise of a still picture imaging element in a two board type imaging device equipped with a moving imaging element and the still picture imaging element individually. SOLUTION: There is provided a sequence in which the moving imaging element is always energized and the still picture imaging element is energized only in photographing. In the sequence, thermal conduction from the moving imaging element to the still picture imaging element in operation is mitigated by limiting an arrangement of the imaging element inside an outer covering housing so that an arrangement position of the moving imaging element is limited to an upper portion of the still picture imaging element. As a result, thermal conduction from the moving imaging element to the still picture imaging element is mitigated in operation and further degradation in characteristics of the still picture imaging element at a high temperature becomes hard to develop and heat dissipation capability of the whole of imaging element blocks inside the housing is improved.
