PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energizing structure for a moving body by a torsion coil spring applying energizing force of the torsion coil spring evenly, smoothly on the moving body in a good balance by preventing fluctuation of an abutment point of the moving body on a line terminal extension part. SOLUTION: The abutment part of a roller holder 43 which is the moving body on the line terminal extension part 49c of the torsion spring 49 is shaped in a mountain shape of which ridgeline is oriented to a direction crossing perpendicularly the line terminal extension part 49c of the torsion coil spring 49.
