SOLUTION: In this diaphragm pump 1A provided with a suction chamber 29 and a discharge chamber 30 arranged in parallel and a pump chamber 24 partitioned by a partitioning wall 33 on which a check valve as a suction valve and a discharge valve is arranged and arranged by overlapping it on them, the check valve which is arranged on the partitioning wall 33, is an umbrella type check valve, has a valve hole 23 passing through a shaft part 21, and forms the suction valve on a tip side.
