PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user-friendliness by making the volume of a signaling sound generated for prompting attention of a user higher than a speech guidance such as an operation description in normal use, or a signaling sound of switch reception or the like. SOLUTION: A heating means 3 is provided for heating an object 2 to be heated, a control means 6 is provided for controlling energization to the heating means 3, a speech synthesis means 7 is provided for outputting speech by a signal from the control means 6, and a volume control means 8 is provided for controlling the volume of the speech signal synthesized by the speech synthesis means 7 on the basis of the signal from the control means 6. Of speeches outputted from the speech synthesis means 7, by setting only the volume of a warning speech to the user at high by the volume control means 8, failure to hear the warning speech prompting attention of the user can be prevented, and effects of convenience and safety by the signaling sound can be improved.
