Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control method for enhancing call termination probability by optimizing retransmission frequency of a call signal and for reducing a system load. SOLUTION: In a W-CDMA mobile communication system, the call control method can change the retransmission frequency of the call signal to be transmitted to a mobile station device from an exchange device via a base station device for every mobile station device. The mobile communication system is characterized in that a response to the call signal of the mobile station device or a call of the mobile station device is monitored, recorded and the retransmission frequency of the call signal is changed, based on a prescribed standard according to the recorded response to the call signal of the mobile station device or the call of the mobile station device.
