Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact sensor whereby a large current output is obtained. SOLUTION: The sensor comprises a photoelectromotive force generator using a film structure object 26 formed of a polycrystal calcination object of a photo voltage material by dielectrics, the bulk flake of a single crystal, a thin film or a thick film, and a pair of electrodes sandwiching the photoelectromotive force generator. The pair of electrodes are a lower electrode composed of a titanium (Ti) film 24 and a platinum (Pt) film 25, and an upper electrode 27 composed of a tin addition indium oxide (ITO) film. By such a composition, electric power is generated according to the energy of light irradiated to the film structure object 26 serving as the photoelectromotive force generator.
