PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of the tearing strength of a silicone rubber without changing its constitution. SOLUTION: The vulcanization process of the manufacturing method is performed by dividing it into the former vulcanization process of a step S200 and the latter vulcanization process of a step S300 when adding vulcanizing agent to an unvulcanized silicone rubber and carrying out vulcanization. The tearing strength of the silicone rubber composition obtained is improved comparing with the tearing strength of the silicone rubber obtained by the conventional method in which the vulcanization process is not divided when adding a vulcanizing agent. When this method is used, the tearing strength can be improved by only changing the procedure of adding a vulcanizing agent to a commercially available unvulcanized silicone rubber compound for example without changing the constitution of a silicone rubber.
