PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jet generating device effectively radiating heat generated from a heat generating body and an electronic apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The jet generating device 1 includes a first and a second nozzle 3a, 3b, and a first and a second chamber 2a, 2b communicating to the first and the second nozzle 3a, 3b, and includes a casing 2 containing air therein, and a first and a second vibration plate 10a, 10b vibrating with synchronizing to mutually increase volume of the first chamber 2a and mutually decrease volume of the first chamber 2a and arranged to partition an inside of the casing 2 to form the first chamber 2a and the second chamber 2b, and is provided with a vibration mechanism alternately discharging air as pulsation by vibration of the first and the second vibration plate 10a, 10b via the first and the second nozzle 3a, 3b.
