Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminated film keeping high gas barrier properties, good in the adhesiveness with a base material film and having good transparency and hot water resistance, and a laminated material using it. SOLUTION: The gas barrier laminated film is constituted by providing a gas barrier coating film, which compresses a gas barrier composition containing at least one kind of an alkoxide represented by the general formula: R1nM(OR2)m(wherein R1and R2are each a 1-8C organic group, M is a metal atom, n is an integer of 0 or above, m is an integer of 1 or above and n+m is the valency of M), a polyvinyl alcohol resin and/or an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer and obtained by polycondensation due to a sol-gel method on one side of the base material film and further providing a vapor deposition film of an inorganic oxide on the gas barrier coating film.
